Refund policy

At 8 West Bio, customer satisfaction and product integrity are extremely important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final on Opened Products

For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened, used, tampered, or damaged products.

This includes:

  • Opened vials
  • Broken safety seals
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products altered after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging

Once a product has been opened or handled after delivery, it cannot be safely resold or verified for integrity.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and products
  • A description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund at our discretion

Claims submitted outside the reporting window may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, 8 West Bio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim when applicable.

We recommend shipping to a secure delivery location whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Authorization

Any approved return must receive prior authorization from 8 West Bio before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
